A 40% deposit is mandatory to confirm your booking. Cancellation, Modifications & Refund Policy ➤ Up to 10 days before the session You may request a full refund of your deposit or reschedule your appointment at no cost. We encourage rescheduling over cancellation whenever possible, for organizational purposes. ➤ From 9 days to 24 hours before the session The deposit becomes non-refundable, but the appointment may still be rescheduled (subject to availability). ➤ Less than 24 hours before the session No rescheduling or refund possible, The deposit is forfeited.
