1. Business Identity
Colibri Massage SXM is the commercial name of an independent welness activity operated by Ms. Tania TOPOL.
Services are provided by self-employed practiticionners under legal framework of liberal professions in France ( URSAFF, CIPAV)

2. Services Offered
Colibri Massage SXM provides customized well-being massages (on the beach, in villas, or at home), private yoga classes, and occasional wellness workshops.
All services are strictly dedicated to relaxation and well-being.
They do not involve any medical treatment or any intimate or erotic intent.
Some services are performed by independent collaborators, each responsible for their own professional activity.
3. Booking
Appointments can be made:

or in person (if a slot is available).
A 40% deposit is mandatory to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the massage, paid directly to the therapist (by cash or credit card).
Cash payments can be made in euros or US dollars, based on the exchange rate of the day.
4. Accepted Payment Methods

Deposit: via the website (credit card), WhatsApp (secure payment link), or in person (cash or credit card).

Balance: paid directly to the massage therapist (cash or card).

For “Home” services (massages at your villa/hotel), a specific rate applies depending on the zone (French or Dutch side) and the massage duration.
5. Cancellation, Modifications & Refund Policy
➤ Up to 10 days before the session
You may request a full refund of your deposit or reschedule your appointment at no cost.
We encourage rescheduling over cancellation whenever possible, for organizational purposes.
➤ From 9 days to 24 hours before the session
The deposit becomes non-refundable, but the appointment may still be rescheduled (subject to availability).
➤ Less than 24 hours before the session
No rescheduling or refund possible.
The deposit is forfeited.
6. Delays & No-shows
If you arrive late, the session may be shortened in order to respect the next appointments, without price adjustment.
If you do not show up, the deposit will be lost and the session will not be rescheduled.
7. Responsibility Charter
Before receiving any treatment, clients must read and accept our Responsibility Charter, which outlines contraindications and respectful behavior guidelines.

8. Personal Data
Your personal information (name, phone number, email) is treated with strict confidentiality.
It will never be sold or shared and is used solely to ensure proper service delivery.
9. Intellectual Property
The name “Colibri Massage SXM,” all service descriptions, texts, and visuals are the property of Colibri Massage SXM.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
10. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred first.
If needed, legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Saint-Martin (France).
